This Chipotle Cream is a simple transformation of regular sour cream or Greek yogurt for healthy option. It is creamy and smoky, with some kick. You can make it as spicy or as mild as you’d like. It has 3 ingredients, no cooking and it only takes 2 minutes (o.k. maybe 3 if you do it slowly). I like serving it with my Chipotle Pulled Pork on tacos, or anything that needs sour cream. Sometimes my husband even uses it as a dipping sauce for chips.

In a food processor or blender, add sour cream or Greek yogurt together with 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and a teaspoon of agave or honey.
Then blend. That’s it! How easy was that?
