I like to make this Crispy Flatbread for snack and usually serve them with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. I’m bringing both to work tomorrow for my friends to try. They are so easy and only takes 12-15 minutes. You can also use Pita bread, too. They are equally addictive. Last time I had to stop my husband from eating them, otherwise we wouldn’t have enough to bring to our friend’s party.
Let’s cook some food!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the bread into triangles. I stacked 4-5 pieces together and cut across twice. I am using wholewheat flatbread today but you can use the regular kind, too.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle some salt and toss together.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy. Let them cool before serving. They are very good with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Hope you give both recipes a try. Enjoy!
