Ingredients
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons regular olive oil
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cajun spice rub. In a small bowl, combine paprika, dried oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, light brown sugar, garlic powder and salt.
  2. Sprinkle the spice rub all over the tilapia fillets.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the tilapia fillets. Cook a few minutes per side, until reddish-brown on the outside.
  4. Serve hot with some Mango Salsa. Enjoy!
