Prepare the Cajun spice rub. In a small bowl, combine paprika, dried oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, light brown sugar, garlic powder and salt.
Sprinkle the spice rub all over the tilapia fillets.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the tilapia fillets. Cook a few minutes per side, until reddish-brown on the outside.
Serve hot with some Mango Salsa. Enjoy!
